Women of the Waters

Voice Opening Circle & Songs of the Living Waters

Learn the ways of the water song carrier. In this workshop we will explore opening our voices and singing together while learning cherished water songs that have been passed on from other song carriers around the world. This is a beautiful space to offer blessings, love, appreciation and kindness to the sacred waters of life. This sacred container is designed to support women to deepen connection to the body and express the authentic voice through somatic practice, vocal play, songs of the moment, and Somatic Voice Alchemy. A ceremonial chocolate elixir can be included in this offering if desired.

Women’s Self Breast Massage and Yoni Steam

Sisterhood and Wellness Circle

Breast massage and yoni steam circles are a safe and sacred space to offer self care and honoring to the body, while being held in sisterhood and community. In these circles we explore somatic practice, grounding, breath work, deep listening, singing and gentle self touch to support our well being. This is a woman’s circle that is dedicated to welcoming and celebrating all diverse body’s and nervous systems. We honor the full spectrum truth and depth of feeling within the body, we acknowledge the stories we cary as women in relationship to our body - breasts- and pleasure, and we offer a safe space to be witnessed and be held by a circle of women.

Women’s Breast Massage Circle’s can include a ceremonial chocolate elixir for an additional cost.
