Our bodies are made up of 99.99% water Molecularly and 70% water Volumetrically…just like the Earth!

We are a direct reflection of this prosperous and beautiful Earth we call home. As we learn to love, care for, value and respect our body, we learn to love, care for, value and respect the Earth.

Exploring sensual and somatic practice while communing with the sacred living waters of nature, will nurture our own unique body of water back into greater balance, well-being and rejuvenation. The living waters of the Earth are supreme examples for vitality, fertility, natural lunar and life cycles, prosperity and health.

We live in a world today, where we are often pushed into:

  • overstimulation

  • constant doing and activation

  • burn out

  • disconnection from nature, and even

  • dissociation from our own body

When we are disconnected and numb to ourselves, we cannot feel what we need or want. We cannot speak for ourselves, or for love; we cannot speak for nature or for life itself.

This keeps us in perpetual cycles of disembodiment, nervous system disregulation, depletion, and low worthiness of love, prosperity and health. These states of depletion become “normalized” in our societies, and are passed on to future generations.

With all the chaos happening in the world, we can make some of the greatest shifts by first tending to the world within.

It is time now, to return to ourselves, to nature, and to love.

Join us as we offer care and nurturance to our inner and outer bodies of living water.

Retreat Assistant & Support
Becca is inspired by the wisdom of nature’s rhythms and is currently mentoring with the beings of her land including juniper, oak, mallow, hummingbird, and honeybees. Currently she is impassioned by “planting the rain” - an attunement and molding of landscape that supports the  harvesting of rainwater, hydration of soil, stabilization of erosion, and diversity and thriving of ecosystems. Becca’s own journey of transforming through abuse, chronic pain, and family secrets has empowered her to develop and share some of her greatest gifts - nourishing and embracing our innocence and pleasure, cultivating courage to see and speak the truth, and awakening spontaneous expression of joy and creativity.

Briana Georjae Smith

Traditional Womb Care & Bodywork

Briana has spent the past 14 years studying somatics, herbalism, folk medicine and women's health. Her studies and life experience have shown her that there is a vital life force and intelligence within all of us that cannot be touched, it is our salvation. She trusts the paradigm that when our life force is resonated, our mind, body and spirit organizes itself toward health.
Briana centers her work around the womb and utilizes this paradigm in the application of maya abdominal, and womb and pelvic bodywork. She works with the womb both internally and externally to restore the memory of health within. She believes that when we are in a safe container to feel, unwind and let health bloom, we surrender into greater coherence with our vitality. She is honored to be in service to the womb and the truths awaiting expression.

Hyda Maria - Water Ceremonialist

Hyda Maria offers blessings to nurture and energize our sacred waters and ourselves. She integrates music, dance and ceremony from her Aztec and Apache traditions as well as teaches about the Water Medicine Wheel.

“The rich evocation of prayer by the facilitators and creation of a shared altar set the tone for the rest of the day. I felt fully heard, safe and accepted in the circle as we listened and felt each others' intentions. There was a felt sense of respect, slowness and feminine wisdom infused in everything we shared together in our sacred circle. As someone who has learned to embrace the androgynous and full spectrum of gender identity within myself, I have had hesitation to enter women's circles in the past. I could feel this slight trepidation present with me as I drove to the immersion. This feeling quickly dissipated upon walking into the space and having time to settle in and care for my own needs. This circle was a warm embrace of the fullness of my identity as a woman and I felt that all of me was absolutely welcomed by the facilitators and other participants. Feeling this, I could drop into my body and fully explore sensuality with myself and all of life.  From the holy essence of Maya's cacao to the slow, beautifully guided self-massage followed by yoni steam and spontaneously singing together... the whole journey of our day felt luxurious, tender and full of prayer. Journaling and engaging with art therapy throughout the day helped me to start integrating all of the beautiful unfoldings. I felt that Maya & Hannah were beautifully synced up with one another in their shared facilitation and honoring of one another's gifts. Through this facilitation, we continued to drop in together as a group, and I could feel more and more how this immersion was not just for nurturing ourselves and one another - also a shared offering of reciprocity and devotion for Mother and all of life. I left the immersion feeling empowered and supported by shared womanhood. My body felt a new sense of spaciousness, permission and as though my cells had been replenished! I felt like I could breathe more deeply and feel, trust and stay with myself in a more consistent way. I wish that every female-identifying person in my life could experience a day of such deep rest and shared permission. I feel energized to share this immersion with others and can't wait to see what unfolds with future offerings, especially for younger people to experience this wisdom as they step into womanhood.”

What is a Somatic Practice?

“Soma” is a Greek word for “Body”

Somatic Practices support us to tune into the messages, feelings and needs of our body by building awareness of sensations and emotions.

During a somatic practice we explore accessing and tuning into the inner landscapes to discover the experience and truth of the body in the present moment.

We first explore giving voice to sensations, as a way of getting to know what is alive inside of ourselves, as well as bringing awareness to what may be numb, suppressed and ready to be loved.

We often find truths of emotional waters like grief, rage, fear, peacefulness, joy and excitement. We also may become aware of stuck energy, pain, stories and memories that long to be witnessed, cared for and released. During a somatic practice we often find clarity about our inner needs and boundaries, desires and dreams, as well as discover the pleasure and creative energy that may be ready to be cultivated and celebrated.

We explore expressing the truths of the body which I often refer to as the “voice of the body” through breath, movement and sound. As we build deeper connection with our bodies, we empower ourselves to have choice and voice in our lives.

We learn to value and respect our body and honor the inner waters that flow as we give presence, curious attention, kindness and care to ourselves.

We practice loving our body, and build the imprint within, that we “matter”, our body “matters”. As we tend to the living waters within, we become more deeply integrated, regulated and connected to the oracle of wisdom and love inside.

The ability to feel ourselves, supports us to know what we need to be in more love, integrity and alignment with who we really are.

The more we feel ourselves, the more we can speak up for ourselves, especially in moments of intimacy and connection with others.

The more we can feel ourselves, the more empathy we can have as we feel the impact of our actions on the world, and simultaneously feel the impact of the world on our body.

The more we can feel ourselves, the more aware we become of our sacred boundaries and desires and the more we can choose loving action with integrity and alignment.

It is time now, to return to our ourselves, to nature, and to love.

Join us as we offer care and nurturance to our inner and outer bodies of living water.
