Hello and Welcome!

My name is Maya Rose and it is an honor to welcome you to this space. I specialize in guiding women to reclaim a deeply loving relationship with their body, pleasure and voice. Through somatic practice and voice expression, we explore the wisdom and truth of our inner waters. It is an honor to support those who struggle with intimacy and who feel disconnected from themselves, to return home to their innate wholeness and beauty.

Sensual aliveness, embodied safety and full expression of our voice is our birthright. Reclaiming the gift of healthy thriving intimacy with ourselves and in relationship with others is a profound path that leads us towards greater love, fulfillment and self actualization.

When we can feel the truth of our body, we can speak up for ourselves; we can be empowered to choose and create more loving and aligned experiences and relationships. When we access our body, we also access deeper levels of empathy, compassion and authentic pleasure. We can reclaim the power to cocreate with life, as we learn to respect what we truly feel and desire in our relationships, businesses and creative offerings in the world.

It is an honor and joy to be a guide for women and couples on their embodiment journey utilizing Somatic Coaching, Somatic Sex Education and Voice Alchemy. Thank you so much for being here and cheers to the magnificent being that you are.
