Hello & Welcome!

My name is Maya Rose and I specialize in guiding women and couples to reclaim their pleasure, emotional well being and sensual vitality. It is an honor to support those who struggle with intimacy and who feel disconnected from themselves, to deepen a loving relationship with their body, and in doing so, reclaim connection to their truth, pleasure, power and voice.

Sensual health, safety and aliveness in the body is our birthright. Feeling connected with ourselves and having access to our truth are essential ingredients for having choice and voice in our lives. Reclaiming the gift of intimacy in safety and celebration within ourselves, with others and with nature is a profound path that supports self healing, transformation, creative inspiration, embodiment of our unique brilliance, and deeper more fulfilling connection with others.

When we can feel ourselves, we can speak up for ourselves. When we can feel ourselves, we can experience greater levels of empathy and intimacy with others; we can feel the impact of our actions on the world, and feel the impact of the world on our body. When we can feel ourselves, we can be in choice in our lives. We can reclaim our power to cocreate with others, while respecting what we truly need and desire in our relationships, our businesses and our creative offerings in the world. It is an honor and joy to be a guide for women and couples on their embodiment journey utilizing Somatic Coaching, Somatic Sex Education and Voice Alchemy.
