My name is Maya Rose. I guide women to reclaim their pleasure and sensuality as a healing, life giving and loving resource. It is an honor to support women who struggle with intimacy and who feel disconnected from themselves, to deepen relationship with their body, and in doing so, reclaim awareness of their emotional truth, pleasure and voice.

Pleasure, health and aliveness in the body is our birthright. Feeling connected with ourselves and having access to our truth is an essential practice for living in integrity, alignment and choice. Reclaiming the gift of intimacy with ourselves, others and nature is a profound path that supports self healing, transformation, and the embodiment of who we really are.

When we can feel ourselves, we can speak up for ourselves. When we can feel ourselves, we can experience deepened empathy and intimacy with others; we can feel the impact of our actions on the world, and feel the impact of the world on our body. When we can feel ourselves, we can be in choice in our lives. We can reclaim our power to cocreate with others, while respecting what we truly need and desire in our relationships, our businesses and our creative offerings in the world. It is an honor and joy to be a guide for women on their embodiment journey utilizing Somatic Coaching, Somatic Sex Education and Voice Alchemy.
